Mr. Lav Katti
Aged 36 years, is the chief operating officer of our company. He holds Bachelor degree of Business Administration from Karnataka University, Dharwad. He also completed his Masters in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University. He has served on the Board of our company 2013 to Sep 2022.
Mr. Mallikarjun Pujar, aged 60 years, is a Chief Administration Officer of our Company. He holds a Certificate from the Department of Pre-University Education of the Government of Karnataka. He has over 23 years of experience in the agricultural sector and has immense knowledge of sugarcane production. He is responsible for liaisoning with the farmers for their sugarcane cultivation, harvesting and transportation and also is responsible for ensuring cordial relations with these farmers. He overlooks the crushing activities of sugar unit and he is currently responsible for handling administration.
Mr. Vinayak Natha Bhosale aged 58 years is the General Manager (Process) of our Company. He is Bachelor of Science A.V.S.I(S.T).He has 14 years of experience as Chief Chemist in various companies like Lokmangal sugars, Ugar sugars, Renuka sugars, Siddeshwar SSSK,Madhi sugars and Vasantdada S.S.K Ltd.He has also worked as Manufacturing Chemist and as laboratory Chemist in Ugar Sugar.
Sunil Arabale aged 53 years, is the Civil Engineer of our Company. He has completed Diploma Course in Civil Engineering from Latthe Education Society’s Polytechnic, Sangli, having experience of 23 years working as a civil engineer. He had earlier worked with Ajit B. Marsute M Arch Arch & Engg. Firm, Jaisingpur, S S Muchandi Engg & Contractors, Kolhapur and Design Collaborative Arch & Engg., Kolhapur. He has been associated with our company since 2006.
Vinosali Mullani aged 46 years, is the Distillery Manager of our Company. He has completed his bachelor degree in Commerce from Karnataka University. He has also completed a certificate course in office automation conducted at N – Technology Computer Education Centre, Gokak. He has been associated with our Company since 1999. He has Vast experience in the field of production work, warehouse work, state excise related work and monitoring all sales and purchases. and Further, he was promoted to Distillery Manager in 2013.
Sheshagiri Kulkarni aged 44 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has completed his Bachelor degree in Commerce from Karnataka University. He has an overall experience of more than 17 years in the field of accounting, finance and taxation. He has been associated with our company since 2007, where he was initially appointed as Account’s Officer and later on he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer w. e. f. May 08, 2014
Chanamallaya Hiremath aged 45 years, is the General Manager (Technical) of our company. He has completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka. He has also received the Certificate of Proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer under the Karnataka Boiler Operation Engineer’s Rules, 1959. He completed his apprenticeship training at Bharat Electronics, Bangalore. He has total 18 years of working experience in the mechanical field & he has previously worked with Benni Engineering Works, Pune. He has been associated with our company since 2005 as Assistant Engineer and later on, in 2013 he was promoted to Senior Engineer (Mechanical) and in the year 2020 he was promoted as General Manager (Technical).
Mr. Praful Shetti
aged 37 years, is the Instrument Manager of our company. He has completed his B E in Electronics and Communication Engineering from VTU Belgaum. He has also done his Certifications YOKOGAWA centum VP, Siemens PCS7, Honeywell C300. He has total 14 years of work experience in the field of Instrumentation.
